Wendy, a dedicated Practice Nurse from the NHS, recently delivered an insightful talk on women's heart health. She highlighted key risk factors and shared valuable tips on how to improve overall heart health. From maintaining a balanced diet to incorporating regular exercise, Wendy emphasized the importance of proactive measures. Her practical advice empowers women to take charge of their heart health for a brighter, healthier future.
